In this post, I will not tackle brand engagement on social networks, although, with their blast, consumers do not miss one to give their opinion and defend their ideas.

So how do brands create a powerful bond with their customers?

Different strategies are deployed to keep a high engagement rate with the brand or to enhance both customer retention and loyalty. All of these approaches aim to boost sales.

Your razor blades are damaged or you are running out of shaving gel, this situation can be very painful for a man about to shave. Start with a fifteen-day free trial on Gillette website and receive your blades within 2 weeks. Of course, you get a starter kit that includes the handle, the blade and a shaving gel. Once you have chosen your skin type and how you want to shave, the customer can choose if he wants to receive 4 blades every 2 or 4 months for 15,21€.


Eventually, here we have presented two concrete examples proposed by our men cosmetic brands, but giveaways, polls and personalised communications on websites still make sales increase. In any market and for any product, people like to interact
